This brew is a play on Lawrencetown, sharing many of the same ingredients and processes, but using a non-malt fermenting yeast to produce just 0.5% alcohol by volume. For grain we used barley, wheat and oats, and for hops we used Galaxy, Citra, Sultana and Strata.

The mouthfeel is round and creamy, very low bitterness, and finishing slightly sweet. The aroma is lemon, lime, peach and cucumber water.

Appearance is opaque light straw haze, similar to Lawrencetown.

The label features a pelican, which we think is pretty rad.
